ルーカレー専門は中々見なくなりましたね。
ビーフカレーを注文。
確かにフォンも感じるし、玉ねぎの甘み、赤ワインの酸味、小麦の香りも良い。辛さは感じないくらいだけど、これで良いな。
昔北大近くにあった時舘で似たようなコンセプトの高級カレー出してたの思い出した。あれは脂凄すぎてもはや牛脂カレーって感じだったけど、この店のカレーは品の良いいくらでも食べられそうな味。好感。
次回はハンバーガーを食べてみたい。
