八木橋の春の北海道物産展へ行きました。
お店のお兄さんに声かけられたのもあり、初出店の毘沙門本店さんのモンブランを購入しました。
サツマイモのシルクスイート(黄色)、紫芋(紫)、カボチャ(橙)、抹茶(緑)と4食のモンブランが並んでいました。
レギラーサイズだと大きいと思ったのでミニおさつ毘沙門ブランにしました。
細いサツマイモクリームはふんわりしていて生クリームと共に口の中で直ぐに溶けます。
一番下層のチョコブラウニーとサツマイモの相性が良くてほろっとした濃いめのチョコレートにサツマイモのサッパリした甘さが引き立ちました。
実店舗のジンギスカンも気になりました。
