東雁来エリア、国道275号線沿いにある山岡家さん。
建物の前と横側に駐車スペースがあります。
24時間営業しているので、朝早めの時間帯に朝食で利用しました。
カウンター席やテーブル席が配置された横長の造りの店内で、独特の豚骨臭は感じます。
朝食の時間帯だったので先客は無し、後客は２名と混んではいませんでした。
まずは券売機で食券を購入してから席に着きます。
朝ラーメンを提供している時間帯でしたが、いつもどおり私の中で定番の「醤油ネギラーメン（810円）」を麺硬めで注文。
８分程で出来上がり。
マイルドな口当たりの豚骨スープは、極太の麺やシャキシャキ食感のネギとの相性が抜群です。
本当はスープに漬けた海苔に包んでいただくライスも食べたいところでしたが、朝からカロリーオーバーとなるため断念しました。
スープや味の好みはあると思いますが、中毒性のあるクセになる美味しさなので、マイルドな家系ラーメンが好きな方にオススメです。
