Today, I thought it might be soba noodles, so I went there. From the name, it's wonderful, or rather, the main temple of Sarashina soba noodles! It's a restaurant name that makes you wonder. I thought that there would be no soba noodles because it came with miso soup ~, but it was different. If you remove the lid of the soba noodle bath, the cloudiness is wonderful! Even though it's just opened, it's so rich! I'm sure you're obsessed with it. When I started eating, I started eating... Sarashina soba noodles are beautifully made. The firmness is just right, and it feels good in the throat, but the amount is not large, so I finish eating it immediately. Pour soba noodles into a bowl instead of a bowl and drink it first. It has a moderately rich flavor and there is quite a lot of it. Small dish start eating shrimp Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) while picking them. The rice is delicious. The shrimp are not that big, but there are 4 shrimp on it. The sweet sauce that is hung every time in the store is moderately delicious, and it feels like it enhances the taste of Tempura... It's a high degree of perfection... It was written that the head chef was sick, but it seems that there are other good cooks. After eating, I was quite full...
