One weekend, I was working late recently and decided to have dinner at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain restaurant. I tried several times to get in, but every restaurant was full during peak hours. The parking lot is a reasonable number of spaces, but it looks like it will be full at peak times. The restaurant is spacious and has a high ceiling, so it's hard to tell how many seats there are. This weekend night was also a big success. It was early, but I didn't make a reservation, so I was only one customer at a table that can seat about six people, which is inefficient for the restaurant. I'm sorry. The background music was Western music and children screaming. From the menu of the day, I looked at a few things that caught my eye from the Motoi touch panel, since I'm not very familiar with yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat). "GAJA Kalbi (649 yen)" I chose this because it has the restaurant's name on it. The portion is relatively large, and when I look closely, it seems that the cuts of meat are slightly different. There is a cut close to skirt steak, and the lean meat and fat are mixed well, and it goes well with the sweet sauce. "Pork Organ Salt (462 yen)" When I spread it out, some are thin and large, and the relatively clean taste and the smell of the organ meat were in perfect balance. "Giara Red Miso (462 yen)" The red miso itself has a moderately rich flavor that goes well with rice, and the meat is surprisingly not conscious of the fat, which is good, and I think it was the best impression of the meat I chose this time. "Cow tongue (869 yen)" I chose the cheapest of the beef tongue series, five round and thin pieces. It's been a while since I've eaten beef tongue at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, but next time I'll splurge a little more... "Egg soup (319 yen)" The soup tasted as expected, with more beaten eggs than I expected, along with mitsuba leaves and white sesame seeds. "Large rice (429 yen)" It was a large amount, so it was quite a lot, but the rice was just right, and when I looked at the price later, I muttered, "It's dinner time..." "Lots of cabbage (429 yen)" Just when I had completely forgotten about it, a lot of cabbage arrived, with cucumbers, tomatoes, and a little shredded carrot on top, and white, slightly hard, roughly chopped cabbage on the bottom. It was actually enough for two or three people, and the salt and some kind of oil made me eat more. I suddenly realized that the amount I ordered this time was a bit too much for one person. I learned a lot. Still, the sight of a lonely old man eating a lot of cabbage salad at a six-person table... It's a bit scary to see from the sidelines. ..Thanks for the meal.
