札幌カレーツアーのカレー５軒目で訪問。
土曜日の13時50分頃に到着、先客は５人。空いていた正面左端のカウンター席に座ってメニューを拝見、事前に決めていた牛すじカレー@1,180円を激辛、ライス半分でオーダーしました。実はカレーつけ麺に心変わりしそうになったのですが、麺だけでなくライスもついていてボリュームがあるのでやめておきました。
メニューから判断すると明らかにルーカレー推しのお店なのですが、先客５人のうち４人がスープカレーでルーカレーは１人だけでした。
待つこと８分で牛すじカレーが到着。ライスの上に半熟の目玉焼きが載り、大根の漬け物が添えられています。
「20種類のスパイスに豚骨と野菜・果物でとったスープを合わせ、３日間かけて仕上げる自家製カレールー」は甘さが感じられます。辛さは控えめであまり気になりませんでしたが、このカレーの甘さを堪能するには中辛を頼むのが良さそうな気がします。
途中で目玉焼きの黄身を潰してカレーソースに混ぜていただきました。
具の牛すじはとても柔らかく、たっぷりと入っていて満足感あり。
支払時にレシートをいただこうとしたら、タブレットにメアドを入力する必要があるとのこと。プリンターがないのなら、手書き対応も考えて欲しいなと感じました。ごちそうさまでした。
