とある平日、以前より気になっていました東区のケーキ屋さんにようやくタイミング合いお邪魔させて頂きました。
一方通行の場所にありますお店は駐車場は未確認です。
店内はコンパクトで必要最小限のショーケース内と乾きもの洋菓子が販売していてこの日メニューより、モトイショーケースから気になったものを少々。
“ストロベリーショート(378円)”
では一口・・・てっぺんには大サービスの大きな程良い甘さと酸味のイチゴが乗っており、下にはある程度の甘さあるも何故だか食べ易い生クリームでしっとりスポンジの下段にはこれまた大きなスライスイチゴが敷いてありました。
“プレミアムロール(350円)”
焼き加減が良く卵の参加具合がちょうど良い風味で同じく頃合いの良いホワイトチョコクリームのバランスが良くペロリンチョでございます。
“王様のプリン(284円)”
上に生クリームが乗っており、卵よりバニラビーンズ風味が強めなタイプで甘苦いカラメルとの相性グッドです。
長年この地で頑張っていらっしゃるようでこれからも頑張って頂きたいです。
