2018年4月のある夜
札駅まで飲みに出た。そこそこ飲んだが時間も
早い。珍しく爽やかに地下鉄で帰路につく。
東豊線終点、栄町に降り立つと向こうに明かりが
いくつか見える。その一つがこちら、みよしの。
道路を挟み向かいには交番の赤い光。
「軽く軽く♪」自分に問いかけながら店内へ。
メニュー拝見。ライスは我慢して、ちょうどいい
メニューがあった！
「ビールとぎょうざのセットください！」
みよしののぎょうざ六個と生ビールで600円！
こいつぁーいいね( 〃▽〃)まずは
サッポロクラシック、状態、品質なかなか良い。
うめえビール出してる！！。持ち帰りなら焼き
置きのあれもいいんだけど、食べてく人には焼き
たてが出てくる。数分待つと供されるくっきり
焼き目のついた、ぎょうざ。だ。みよしのでは
餃子、ではなく、ぎょうざ。と表記されている。
いただきます！！
さて、ラー油を加えたタレでいただく。
柔らか目の食感ながら焼きたての皮のパリッと感
が良いね。持ち帰ったときのヤワヤワな感じも好
きなんだけどね。すぐにビールで流し込む。最高
の合わせ技。うまし！！
ぎょうざ半分かぶりつきビールをゴクゴクと。
残りの半分をパクリと食べビールをゴクっと。
あっという間になくなる。とけるように無くなる
んだな。みよしのの不思議。
会計を済まし、中途半端に食べたのでなにやら
火がついたか隣のヴィクトリアに入ることとした。
