坦々麺
最初行った先が催事出店で休業(//∇//)
2件目臨時休業(ToT)
で、流れ流れてこちらへ路線変更。
車かっ飛ばし12時ギリに到着。
カウンター1席だけ空いててラッキーでした。
無化調自家製麺にこだわってらっしゃるお店ということで期待値高し。
先に胡麻が到着して擦り擦りしながら待つこと5分くらいでなかなか素早いご提供。
まずスープ。
和風のテイストがしっかりと感じられてもの凄く美味しい。
胡麻投入でまろやか、そして後半レモン絞るとまた美味くて3段階の旨さ。
ニラ、挽肉、カシューナッツもいいバランス。
何より自家製麺モチモチで旨い！
大盛りにしたらよかったと後悔したけど汗だくになりながらもあっちゅーまに完食。
これは中毒性ある。
東区エリアで人気なのも納得。
駐車場1台しか無いので、向かいのコインPに入れ、お隣のコープさっぽろで買い物すれば駐車場代タダです^ ^
