10年ほど前、出張から疲れ果てて戻った時に食べた時に美味かったイメージがずーっと記憶に残っていた。
そんな想いでこの日、店前を通ったので寄ってみた。
店内は落ち着いた空間でとても綺麗だ。
当時は何を食べたのか記憶にも無いが注文は、
▪️醤油ラーメン
ランチ時はゴハンがサービスで付くそうだが丁寧に断りました(*^3^*)
さてスープは醤油で有りながら白い濁りスープ。
これがこの店名となっているコンセプトのようだ。
スープをひと口、あらら。
ふた口・・・めっちゃ美味い。
そう、そう、この味だ・・♬
豚と鳥スープと背脂ちゃっちゃ。
かなり好みの味だ‼︎
とろとろチャーシューも高く評価できる。
さがみ屋の麺もハマってる。
ここは近日もう一度来ようと思う。
