祝日の開店直後の11時過ぎに到着。
一番乗り、後から1組と2名。
東区本町の環状通沿いにある。
年中無休、夜中の2時まで営業。
厚別と千歳に支店あり。
お目当てのラーメン屋がなんと行列…なので近くのこちらへ。
9年ぶり2回目の訪問。
店主の他に女性店員1名。
BGMは最近のJポップ。
今回は『濃厚えび(みそ)』(1000円)を注文。昨年辺りの新メニューの模様。
4分程で登場。
自慢の白いスープがエビ粉でオレンジ色に。背脂も浮いている。
まろやかな味噌にエビ粉が少しシャリシャリするくらいたっぷり、ガツンと効いて美味い！
こういうチャーハンを最近アジトケで食べたわ(笑
やや細めの縮れ麺は硬めでいい感じ。
チャーシューはやや小ぶりだけどトロトロ！
モヤシはなく野菜はネギと、キャベツが少し。
満足の美味さでした。
エビ粉たっぷり、って最近流行っているのか？安直な気もするけど、美味いからいいか(笑
しかし店主がマスクをアゴにかけ、店員とお喋りしながら調理していたので「サービス」を減点。
ちゃんとマスクするようになったらまた来ます！
