今回は、山家スペシャル（味噌・塩・醤油の3種プレンドの美味いやつ）(・∀・)
らーめん山家とは→ 滝川の名店山家。一度口にしたらその多くがハマる味。５日かけて完成した極上スープの『ラーメン』と『豚丼』のセットに人気が集中！【スープへのこだわり】当店のスープは、仕込みから完成まで５日間を要します。一つ一つ丁寧に下処理した豚骨と鶏ガラを中心に１２種類の天然素材を丸３日間かけて煮込みます。その際、一つの寸胴で全ての素材を仕込むことにより、コクと旨みを凝縮させます。又、素材により煮出す時間が異なるので仕上げの日時から逆算し、火加減を調整しながら、それぞれのタイミングで素材を入れていきます。３日後に出来上がったスープを常温で一晩、更に冷蔵庫でもう一日寝かせて完成します。このスープが『らーめん山家』の命です。
