2017/6 初訪
こちらのお店はマイレビュアーさんが「鶏唐揚げ」を絶賛。
我が家至近エリアなので、行きたいと思いつつも、自宅で「弁当」を使うことが無いので未訪問でした。
この日は家人から連絡あり、夕餉の酒肴が何もないとの連絡。
しょうがない。旭川の帰りに買って帰るか。
「鶏唐揚げ」って我が家では買ったり、お店で食べたりする習慣の無いもの。
「布袋」の唐揚げも「サウスヴィラ」の唐揚げも食べた事がありません。
「自宅」で揚げる「ザンギ」が当たり前なので、買ったり、頼んだりしなかったんです。
ただ、最近は家族の減少とともに、「揚げ物」の機会がめっきり減ったのも事実です。
折角の機会だから、試してみましょう。
「デカから」 1個 150円
大ぶりの鶏もも肉です。鶏半身の1/3位でしょうか。
値段からすると、「国産」では無いかも。
「パリッ」と揚がっているタイプ。丁度運良く揚げ置きでは無く、目の前で揚げてます。
衣も薄めで、中々歯ごたえは良し。
ただ、おかずとしてなんだろうけど、味が濃いめ。塩っぱいです。
弁当にはこれ位が良いだろうけど。
私みたいな酒のアテには、もうちょっと薄味が良いかな。
でも、食べてみると、存外「お店」で食べる「ザンギ・鶏唐揚げ」も良いかもと思いました。
「弁当」をあまり買う習慣は無いけど、メニュー見てたら、「ほっともっと」より面白いメニューもあります。
「ほっともっと」の直ぐ横にありながら、昔からある「ほか弁店」
理由がわかる気がしました。
「らーめん」ばかりじゃ無く、こんな「弁当」を使う、たまのお昼もいいかもね。(笑)
