2023/9 初訪
「サッポロさとらんど」は大きな農場や公園にもなっていますが、札幌市内の酪農家が集まって作った農協の「サツラク農業協同組合」さんが手掛ける「ミルクの郷」もあります。
「牧場」の疑似搾乳体験や、プリン等の加工製造見学も出来るようです。
また、「まきば館」では、「サツラク農協」の製品販売の他、「レストラン」もありますね。
「ソフトクリーム」 350円
サツラク農協の牛乳を使ったソフト。当然ですね。
ミルク感たっぷりの美味しいソフトです。
売店で買ったものは、レストランでは食べられませんので、
同館内にある休憩所で食べる事が出来ます。
「ジンギスカン・焼肉専用」の「焼肉が出来る建物」もあり、家族連れや団体利用もアリかな。
札幌市内でも「酪農」に接する事が出来る貴重な施設です。
