【2022年5月初掲載】
3回目の訪問。1人で訪問したのは初めてです。駐車場が10台分あるので安心出来ます。
以前は味噌と醤油を頂きましたが、あまり印象がありません。醤油の方が好みだったと記憶してます。
今回は焙煎塩ラーメン850円を注文しました。太麺の割に6分くらいで着丼。
◆スープ◆
野菜を焼いた札幌風の味付けの塩ラーメン。思ったより塩味も無く飲みやすいスープです。
◆麺◆
結構なストレートに近い太麺で、やや硬め茹で上がり。当然麺の味が濃いです。
◆具材◆
チャーシューは旨味が少なく赤みの少し肉臭さを感じる苦手なタイプ。味付けのメインである醤油系の味が良くないのかなと思いました。
モヤシの量はそれなりにあって上手に炒められてて美味しい。
長葱が辛く最近人気のラーメン屋さんに多く通っているとちょっと残念。
メンマは歯応えも良く味付けも美味しいと思います。
昔ながらの札幌ラーメンの流れを感じるお店です。ご馳走様でした。
