東区の北光線沿いにあるお店。
店内はカウンターのほか2名テーブルが２つ、小上がりが2つで子供連れでも行けます。
メニューは焦がし醤油、焦がし味噌、焙煎塩と一手間入った変わり味。
今回はネギラーメンの焦がし味噌と焦がし醤油を注文。
麺は中太ストレートと細麺縮れの2種類。
細麺となってますが、やや細めといった感じ。
どちらもラードでしっかり炒められていて、北海道ラーメンらしい味わい。
焦がし感は醤油のほうが感じられます。
ほとんどが1000円以下でコスパもいいです。
