本店以来久しぶりの【純連】。
平日11:40訪問。
駐車場は24台確保してあるあたりが素晴らしい（席数MAX14席に対し）。
店内待ち8名。退店時(12:05)には15名程の待ち。人気ですね。
店内はカウンター10席とテーブル席1卓。
先に店内券売機で、
◆｢みそ(980円)」を購入。
即、店員さんが食券を回収。
約10分弱で着席。
その後約3分程で着丼。
非常にオペレーションがいいですね。
スープは、もちろん油膜(ラード)で湯気が立っておらずも、ひと匙いただくとやけどレベルの熱々。
オイリーでややしょっぱい。でもがっつりニンニクでパンチあり好き。この日の小生のベストな体調と合致し美味しい！！
麺ももちろん【森住製麺】のプリシコ縮れ。
具は、特徴ないペラチャーシュー/メンマ/くたくたに炒められた玉ねぎ＆もやし/ねぎ/卸金で擦られた生姜が少々。
全体的には、やはり尖った味噌ラーメンなのでオイリー感やしょっぱ加減、またその日の体調次第で受け入れ方が変わり、好みが分かれるかも知れませんが、久しぶりに食べたこの日の【純連】は小生の体調と合致し非常に好みで美味しかったです。
でも、たまに食するなら小生的には【すみれ】の方がもっとパンチを感じられ好み。
純すみ系を食べる日は体調を考慮してですね。
