日曜日のランチで来訪しました。
2015年オープンの建築設計会社がやっているカフェ。
上が事務所になっているみたい。
内観もさすがオシャレ。
テーブルソファー・カウンターの45席。
禁煙で駐車場は店前にあります。
BGMには洋楽が流れております。
トイレはキレイなウォシュレット。
今回頂いたのが、
・パスタランチ(生スパゲッティーニ ヴェルドゥーラ) ￥1000
相方が、
・オムライス自家製デミグラスソース ￥920
です。
このパスタの種類は選べます。
提供は10～15分ほど。
まず先にマヨネーズ系のサラダが出てくる。
このドレッシングが美味。
売っていたら買って帰るレベルでした(笑)
フワカリの自家製フォカッチャとドリンク付き。
ソースは野菜とトマトをじっくり煮込んでおり、マイルド。
具材はごぼう、ズッキーニ、えのき、豆、茄子が入っており、
こちらも煮込まれているので柔らかい。
麺は道産小麦をブレンドしておている自家製生パスタで太くモチモチ。
ホットコーヒーは森彦プロデュースで苦く香ばしい。
オムライスはバターライスでした。
また一つ良いお店を発見しました^^

窓際のテーブル席に案内されました。
今回頂いたのが、
・煮込みハンバーグプレート ￥1000
相方は、
・パニーニランチ ￥920
です。
サラダ、ドリンクつき。
相変わらずここのドレッシングはうまいですねぇ。
デミグラスソースのハンバーグはしっかり系なお肉。
バターライスもついております。
高級なハンバーグなお味ではなく、庶民的。
パニーニも美味しそうでした^^
