・ピリ辛生姜味噌ら～めん １，０００円（税込）
ラーメンが運ばれてくると、ふわっと生姜が香りました。
ただ、食べ進めていくと、生姜がそれほど主張していません。
塩味抑えめで、コクのある味噌味。
トロトロ系のスープです。
そして、食べ進めていくと、段々と辛さを感じました。
（プラス料金で、辛さを増すこともできます。）
麺は、やや細めの黄色い縮れ麺。
具は、チャーシュー３枚、甘めの味付けの極太メンマ、しなしなに炒めたもやし、パクチー、長ねぎ。
チャーシューは、ほど良い厚みがありました。
無添加・無化調のラーメンですので、喉の渇きが最小限なのもうれしいです。
・ミニ炙り叉焼丼 ５２０円（税込）
一般的なご飯茶碗一杯分くらいのご飯の上に、炙ったチャーシューが３枚。
さらに、その上に、長ねぎと糸唐辛子。
チャーシューには、甘めの醤油ダレと卵の黄身がかかっていました。
卵の黄身がタレに絡んで、スラスラと食べやすくなっています。
お店の方々の対応も良く、気持ちよく食事ができました。
