以前から気になっていたお店に訪問。
男性二人のオペレーション。店主さんがかなり
フレンドリーな人。
オーダーは、
◆ジンジャーエール(290円）
◆生ビール(390円）
生ビールのグラスが凍ってキンキンに冷えて
るタイプ。次はハイボールと思いましたが、
また生ビールを頼んでました。
◆豚串塩、タレ(270円）
両方頼んで味比べ。どちらも非常に柔らかく
大変美味✨肉の旨味が強く特に塩が絶品❗
久しぶりに満足できる豚串でした。価格は
高いが頼む価値あり❗
◆馬タン(1980円）
珍しい馬タン。鮮度良く大変美味✨
◆黒毛和牛 牛タン串(790円）
少し匂いがありますが炭火で焼かれジューシー
◆ツボダイ(3000円〜）
金額の記載が無いので確認すると3000円程度
との事で頼みました。炭火でいい感じに焼いて
くれました。鮮度や脂乗りは普通。
