【初訪問】
日曜の16時訪問。この時間帯で営業しているのが非常に有難い。
先客1名。券売機で食券を購入。
◆醤油ラーメン◆
綺麗に具材が盛り付けられています。
【スープ】
少し濃いが、甘味も感じる美味しいスープ。喉が渇きます。
【麺】
高加水のツルシコ麺。久々に中華麺特有の苦手な味を強く感じました。
【チャーシュー】
ばら肉2枚。基本的に美味しい味付けですが、味が入り過ぎた印象。濃いです。
【メンマ】
手作りの味では無かったが、量は多め。
【キクラゲ】
かなり細切りです。もう少し太い方が食感が良く、このラーメンには合うと思いました。
【総評】
駐車場も広く テーブル席もあり 接客も悪く無いのですが、店内の清潔感や卓上の調味料が入って無かったりしたのがとても気になります。
