トリトンはかつ徳やうごはん屋うお福を運営している北一食品さんが出している回転寿司店で、道内では大変人気の回転寿司店です。
トリトンの強みと言えば、本社が北海道である強みを生かした鮮度抜群のネタと厳選された道産食材を使っているところで、道内のみならず観光客にも人気の回転寿司店です。
今回行ったのは伏古店です。こちらの店舗付近にはごはん屋うお福と北一食品が運営しているお弁当屋さんもあって、北一食品ワールドが形成されてます。
カウンターに座ると職人さんが「今回担当します〇〇です。どうぞご注文ください」と自己紹介をしてくれるのは、ほかのお寿司屋さんになくて、職人さんとも話しやすい空気が生まれ非常にいいなと思いました。
今回は、「鮪・サーモン・エンガワ・光物三種」頼みました。もう、昔みたいに10皿なんて食べれません。どのネタも大きく、鮮度抜群でした。今度いろんなすし屋でマグロやサーモンを頼んで食べ比べしてみようかな？ｗ
本当は汁物や、唐揚げも頼んでみたかったけどそれは次回にします。
鮮度抜群で市内に10店舗もあります。
厚別店と街中からも近い光星店が毎回混んでいるイメージがあるので、こちらに来た際はぜひ伏古店にも行ってみてください。
