札幌市にある人気のラーメン屋さん。
駅からは歩いて10分くらいで、店内はカウンター8席のみ。平日の11時半前でギリギリ待たずに入れたが、出る頃には外まで行列ができていた。
ここの売りは鶏白湯とホタテペースト。
塩、醤油、味噌があるが、ホタテを一番味わえるかと思い塩を注文。トッピングの煮卵が売り切れなのは残念だった。
スープを啜ると、濃厚な鶏白湯がとても美味しい。
麺は中太麺。スープにもよく絡むし、食べ応えもある。
トッピングはごぼうと鳥チャーシュー、ネギ、大葉、それとホタテペースト。
ごぼうの天ぷらはラーメンで初めて食べたが、結構合う。かなり太いごぼうだが、硬くもないし、旨みが詰まっている。
鳥チャーシューは普通に美味しかった。
ある程度食べ進んだところで楽しみにしていたホタテペーストをスープに溶かし込んでみる。
かなりの量なのでホタテの味がガツンとくるかと思いきや、ホタテ感がかなり薄い。普通のベジポタスープになってしまいこれは期待はずれ。
鶏白湯ラーメンとすると十分美味しいが、ホタテの期待値が高かった分、がっかり感が残った。
