唯一無二の鶏白湯ラーメン

平日の12時頃到着。中待ち4名。15分位の待ちで座れました。
帆立鶏白湯　塩1,100円　鶏飯250円税込
先日味噌を食べましたが、やはり塩に。
スープを一口。やっぱり塩やわ。鶏がガツンと来ます。本当に唯一無二のラーメン。ムネ肉のチャーシューも厚みがあり柔らかくて美味しい。
鶏飯。レーズンでも入っているかの様な独特の甘味がある。これも美味しい。
最後の日に、もう一度食べられて良かった。

味噌はまろやかな印象

2回目の訪問です。平日の11時45分頃到着。10分程の中待ちで座れました。イタリアンバルの様な内装。ジャズが流れています。店主さんもラーメン屋さんの雰囲気が無い方で。
帆立鶏白湯　味噌大盛1,250円税込
前回食べた塩は先ずガツンと鶏が来ましたが、味噌はまろやかな印象。少しピリっとアクセントがあります。途中から帆立ペーストを混ぜると更に旨みが加わります。モモ肉がチャーシューと言うか和食の様な美味しさで驚きました。あと一口を繰り返して完飲しました。ごちそうさまでした(^^)
爪楊枝とティッシュを座席に置いて欲しいです。
