つゆは、だしか、ぶっかけを選ぶことができ、だしにしました。
揚げ玉はセルフ。
手打ちの讃岐うどんは３００ｇ。
モチモチしていますが、コシもあります。
見た目も美しいだしは、上品な味わい。
中盤からは、だしにセルフの生姜を入れました。
きつ玉。
てっきりうどんの上に、油揚げと半熟卵がのったものかと思っていましたが、玉子入りの巾着でした。
油揚げから、煮汁がジュワッと溢れ出します。
揚げたてのちくわ天。
フワッとしたやわらかさで、甘いちくわでした。
