とある平日、ランチ戴き通りすがりにこちらは未訪問だったと立ち寄りました東区北33条東15丁目にあります大福とパンのお店です。
以前近くのお店からの移転で店内キレイで大福餅とパンは2ヶ所に展示販売しています。
この日メニューより、モトイ陳列棚から気になったものを少々。
“いちご大福(180円)…
お店からの案内に『はじまりました』とあり思わず購入、ひと口かじれば先ずお餅の弾力さ加減が比較的強めでソーグー、モチモチした食感と中にたっぷり詰まった存在感あるこしあん、てっぺんにはフレッシュないちご1つ乗っておりいちご大福好きにはたまらない事でしょう。
“十勝産黒豆のパン(160円)”
見た目もの凄い数の黒豆が見えていたので購入、ひと口かじれば何処を食べても十勝産の恩恵は僕には謎ですが大きめの黒豆が炸裂！個人的には金時豆の方が好きなので豆風味が強めの黒豆だとちょっと違いは感じますが豆欲を満たす一品かと。
“アップルパイ(190円)”
袋から出すと強烈にポロポロ崩れて車内がとんでもない事になりそうなので袋入ったまま撮影、袋に口を突っ込んで食べてもなかなかの強者でサクサクパリパリポロポロのパイ生地は軽くバター風味、砂糖の甘さというよりりんごとしての甘みが伝わるりんご煮でした。
ふと、場所柄駐車場は無くちょっと停めて・・・というのも簡単ではないので車利用の僕はちょっと伺いにくいかな？。
