6月19日行ってきました「大福屋ひかり」
初訪問です。
社会福祉法人さっぽろひかり福祉会が運営いしている店舗
近隣だと3店舗展開されています。
それぞれ
パン・大福・シフォンケーキをメインアイテムにして店舗展開。
パンも良いけど、大福の魅力に寄せられてこちらの店舗訪問。
購入品

卵は有精卵を使用。
これで鶏卵施設の状況わかります。
札幌近隣で有精卵を提供している鶏卵業者は割と少ないです。
多分知っている範囲では片手以内ぐらい。
うん。ちょっと直営店にいってみようかしら?
パンアイテムは別店舗がメインですがこちらでも少し取扱いあります。
いちご大福
もち米は風連産のはくちょう米
現在風連町は名寄市に自治体が吸収合併されているので地域名としての表記なのかしら?
確かにこちらのエリアはくちょう米の産地として有名で作付け面積もたしか日本一番。
名寄エリアの道の駅でも冷凍大福(ソフト大福)を販売しています。
苺は小ぶりの苺一個分搭載。
大福の形状も秀逸とは言いにくいですが
コスト的には上手にまとめられていると思います。
餅も昔ながらの作りで混ぜ物感無。
混ぜ物無しの餅ってこんな感じなんですよ。時間が経つと割と硬くなっちゃう。
美味しくいただきました。
