限定麺を食べる為に「麺 鐘馗」さんを訪れました。
今回の限定は背脂煮干ウイングつけ麺。
着丼すると麺には色々なトッピングがのっており、まずはまぜ麺として食べてみるとまぜ麺としても完成しているような一杯。
つけ汁につけると背脂煮干が効いており一気に食が加速しレモンを絞ってサッパリと。
最後はスープ割で完食完飲。
