淡麗醤油に特製トッピングして頂きました。あっさり系の甘めのスープです。手揉み麺が風味、食感ともに最高でした。特製トッピングのチャーシューも最高。少し高めですが、その価値はある気がしました。
最初は甘く感じましたが食べてるうちに調和が取れてしっかりしたラーメンの味になりました。具材も一つ一つ丁寧に作られていました。次は塩を食べてみたいです。おしぼりがちゃんと布なのも良かったです。
駐車場は3台分あります。
淡麗醤油、淡麗塩、鶏白湯塩、鶏白湯醤油の
4種類あります。

ランチタイムの12:10頃に行きましたが客は私1人のみ。
正に貸切状態。
店内はカウンターのみで綺麗、店員さんの対応も良し！
券売機で購入した淡麗醤油がカウンターに出てきて、まずはスープから...

しいて言えば東京とか関西とかにありそうな味に近いかも。
鶏白湯醤油を注文。
濃厚で上品。
美味すぎる。
ポタージュまではいかないかも知れないけど...
