札幌市東区は、中華そば 色即是空。
向かいにはブタキングがあり、この辺にもいろいろ飲食店はありますねー。
今回は鶏白湯塩を注文。
特製トッピングの留寿都産ロースチャーシュー、酒井農場の味玉、特製ワンタンとライスも追加。
まず色とりどりでキレイな仕上がりですよねー。
そして風味豊かなスープは鶏の旨味が濃厚で麺との相性が良いですね。
特製トッピングのチャーシューやワンタンも良いです。最初トッピング400円高いかなーとも思いましたがお得かもです。
あとはヤングコーンではなくコーンに変わったのかな？他プチトマトやブロッコリー、ミョウガなど他とは違う具材も色鮮やかで食欲そそられますね。
中太手もみ麺を使用してる淡麗醤油や、担々麺も気になります。
