初めて伺います、環状通沿いのこのお店以前もラーメン屋さんでした。場所は分かり易いところですね
明るい店内です、食券購入でカウンター席に座ります。注文は鶏白湯醤油とチャーシュー丼にします。
カウンター越しでも何か鶏のスープのようないい匂いがしてます。
程なくラーメン到着です、麺が見えない見た目も具材もおしゃれな感じのラーメンです。
おー今風の感じですね、真ん中のレアチャーシューがおいしそうです、ブロッコリーとかミニトマト、みょうが、ヤングコーンが乗っています♪
スープはトロミがあります、醤油風味の中に鶏スープの味わいと自分は独特の甘みを感じます、他の方が形容されているポタージュ感もあります。なので洋風な具材と合っていますね
麺は全粒粉入りだそうです、少し変わった感じの麺ですね。
チャーシュー丼はコレおすすめですね、いっぱいチャーシューが乗っていてご飯の上にレタスが敷いてあります、タレというかドレッシングのようなサラダのようなさっぱり感でコクのあるラーメンにあった味です♪
お店の名前が示している不変ではない新たなラーメンのスタイルを私は体験して来ました。
違うラーメンも食べてみたいですね
