池袋西武でやっていた北海道うまいもの会に出店しているときに行きました。
ホタテと生姜ソースを添えた鶏白湯ラーメンが今回の売りのようでしたが、売り切れていたので普通の鶏白湯の塩にしました。
白濁したスープにチャーシュー、コーン、ブロッコリー、赤芯大根、茗荷が乗ります。
スープは見た目の白濁さからするとあっさり目。
麺は中細麺ですが、スープがさらりとしているのであまり絡まないような気がします。
ブロッコリー、赤芯大根や茗荷はラーメンの具材として珍しいですね。
ただ、茗荷はあまり好きではないのでちょっとイマイチ。
チャーシューはよかったと思います。
