とある週末、ランチにてブックマークしてありました東区東雁来9条にあります最近浸透してきた？お蕎麦屋さんと併設のもつのお店です。
駐車場は見合った台数停められそうです。
店内はこちらのお店だと平均的な広さで大小テーブル席で構成されランチ前から結構なお客さん訪れています。
BGMはお店専用の案内が流れています。
この日メニューより、モトイ券売機から、前回別店舗で煮込みと炒め、プラスアジフライのセットを頼んでしまい違うもの・・・が無いので今回は同じく"合い盛りもつ定食(980円)”をポチッとな押してご飯"並盛”発注でお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・もつ炒めは軽く赤く見え味噌ベースか？あまじょっぱくて程々もつの風味残しつつ、やはり前回同様塩気は少し高めなのでご飯は進むかしら？他に細切りの玉ねぎ、人参、ニラ辺りと共に戴きました。
次にもつ煮は熱々仕上がりでグッド、こちらは味噌が効いており程よいもつの風味がホットした気持ちにさせてくれ思いの外こんにゃく、ネギの仕事がバランス良かったです。
ちなみにもつは共に割とボリュームあるのでご飯は大盛り推奨かしら。
他に冷奴、大根や菜っ葉の甘酸っぱい漬物、ネギ・ワカメの味噌汁、ご飯です。
ふと、個人的にもつは好きなのでもつ欲は満たされました。しかし食事中見渡すと皆さんそばシリーズからのチョイスなのは金額的な問題でしょうか？。あっ、そう言えば割引券も無くなったのかしら？。
