This is the Toho Line Kita 13-jo Higashi Station area. I forget how many decades ago it was, but I've only taken the subway from here once, but I don't think I ever got off... I must have followed NAVITIME's instructions and went to the ground level from Exit 2 and headed there. Nevertheless, I was hesitant to the road (laughs) Well, because it is a residential area with nothing ... ┐ (´Д `) ┌ ┌ ヤ ヤ ヤ ヤ 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進 進Arrived in about a minute. The building is so flashy that you can see it from far away. By the way, there's a curry shop nearby that I've been interested in for a while, right? It was a little after 11 o'clock when I visited, but there were no other customers. In the kitchen...Oh? Is it your sister's one-on-one surgery? She's more like a young lady than an older sister (lol), so I ordered Ramen set meal for 900 yen. The combination of kake Ramen and rice with bonito flakes and egg is so good (lol) There were two flavors to choose from: soy sauce and salt, and I asked for the salty one. Well...the exterior is flashy, but the inside is flashy too...in many ways. Isn't this the second store of "Mari iida" in Kitago, Shiroishi Ward? Mari iida is famous and I'm interested in the store, but it's quite far... after all, it's outside of Sapporo Shindo... 5 minutes. Introducing Hododekake Ramen. Hmm...I know, but it's a rather plain picture... Even the Kake Soba noodles at the standing soba restaurant in Sapporo Station have green onions on them... Come to think of it, even the 490 yen Tonkotsu cup noodles have something red on them. Isn't it? The bonito flakes and egg-cooked rice look luxurious in comparison (lol) The noodles are medium-thick, curly noodles with a high water content, and they go down well in your throat. The soup is a combination of dried sardines and animal-based ingredients, but the dried sardines are quite strong. Well, from the time it was served, I thought that the soup had a strange smell. Is it just a coincidence? Anyway, it smells like dried sardines... The taste is mild and salty, but the smell is even better, isn't it? The egg-covered rice is delicious, with the bonito flakes and the rich yolk of the egg matching (lol). The main dish is Ramen instead of soup (LOL), but the essential soy sauce is Kikkoman Freshly Squeezed Soy Sauce, which is sold at supermarkets... I'm also curious about the seasonings that come in tubes on the table. Well... I don't think it was left out at room temperature... Well, thank you for the meal.
