最近見つけたシンガポール料理のお店に
行ってみようと思い本日訪問して見ました
先客4組8名結構混んでましたが
スムーズにカウンター席を案内されました
メニューは4種類
この中からバクテーを注文
待っている間バクテーの食べ方を確認
待つ事約10分無事到着しました
先ずはスープを飲みスペアリブ
結構香辛料が効いていて美味しいスープに
トロトロのスペアリブ
個人的に好きな味付けでした
スペアリブに黒醤油
これはこれで美味しかった
お次はスープに揚げパン
こちらも美味しかったですが無くてもいいかも…
最後にライスをスープに投入
これが実は1番美味しかったです
