札幌って昔から美味しい中華料理屋さんが無い。
・・お金出せば別なんだろうけど。
特に街の中華料理屋さんは中途半端で美味しくない。
でも、ここ「東巴（Tompa)」はかなりいけてる。
この味は家では出せない。
ランチのオススメは「坦々麺セット」 950円
この規模のお店のランチの価格設定としては高いほうだと思うけど
食べれば納得。
麻婆豆腐も中華山椒の香りがしておいしいけど
今日は「坦々麺」の気分なので。
主役の坦々麺
胡麻の香とコクそして適度な辛味があって美味しい。
セットのチャーハン
卵、焼豚、ジャコと枝豆が入っている。 これも美味。
サラダ
適度な大きさに切られた レタス、水菜とトマトを胡麻ドレッシングで。
ザーサイ
もう少し塩抜きが甘いほうがいいかも。
でも、最近のザーサイってみんなこんな感じ。
ウーロン茶（温・冷）かコーヒー そして 杏仁豆腐
手作りの杏仁豆腐、 硬さが丁度良い。
いつも混んでいるのだが、今日はラッキーなことに待たずに座れた。
お店のつくりは10年位前にはやったお洒落な中華の感じだが
テーブルとテーブルの間隔が広く 居心地が良い。
大きな窓からの自然光で適度に明るい。
