初めての訪問。
通勤ルートにあり、以前から気になっていたお店。
最寄りの駅はJR発寒中央、とはいうもののそこから少し離れているためマイカーでないとやや行きにくい立地。
そんな立地にも関わらず、評価がいいとあって、勝手に期待が膨らむ。
今回は土曜日のランチタイムに伺ったが、次々にお客さんが入れ替わり、人気店ということがすぐにわかった。
ランチメニューは添付写真のごとく、種類はやや限定されている。
他の口コミでもあるように、どうやら炒飯が美味しいらしい。
とのことで、炒飯とあんかけ焼そばを注文した。
本当は、個人的に麻婆豆腐が好きなため、注文したかったが、単品はないとのことで断念。
シェフが一人でやっているため、サーブに時間がかかりますとの注意書きがあった。
料理が到着するまでは20分ぐらいかかるので、気長に待ちましょう！
待てば待つほど料理への期待が膨らむが、率直にそれに応えるだけの味であった。
炒飯はパラパラでジャコもなかなか良いアクセントに。
あんかけ焼そばも、かなりのクオリティで、そのままの味と酢をかけての味変で両方楽しめた。
中華の名店が、こんなところにあったと、新しい発見に歓喜した土曜日の昼下がりであった。
