皆さん、チャーハンの評価が高く、チャーハン好きとしては、めちゃくちゃ気になっており、念願の訪問となりました。
開店と同時に二組。その後に僕。
人気の高さが伺えます。
◯蟹レタス炒飯
厨房から、カンカンカン♪♪と何やら美味しそうな音が聞こえてきて、楽しみ倍増^ ^
まずね、皆さんのレビューを読んでいると、パラパラ系でジャコがふんだんに入っているとのこと。
これは東巴炒飯のことであり、僕のオーダーは蟹レタス炒飯。
レタスが入っているからしっとりしており、ジャコではなく蟹ですね。
配膳とともに、蟹の香りがフア〜と刺激します^ ^
塩加減は少なく、蟹の風味を生かしている炒飯です。
個人的にどハマりです^ ^
今まで食べまで来た中でも指折りです^ ^
ここは間違いなし！！
大盛りでしたが、あっという間に完食。
夢中で食べていた為、スープのことをすっかり忘れていました 笑
次回は何を食べようかな^ ^
