昔から有名なお店らしいです。焼き加減はミディアムかウェルダンか選べます。ミディアムで注文。
ミディアムといいつつ殆どレアです。焼き石で好きな加減に調整出来ます。
赤身好きには良い感じ。黒胡椒の効いたパンチあるデミソースで、ライスが進みます。
