西区は美味しいお蕎麦屋さんが乱立しているが、蕎麦通の中でも人気の雨耕庵さん。
何度も足を運んでますが、いつもたたずまいから世界観に入ってしまう。
前回来た時は、コン◯ドーレの選手達が奥で蕎麦食べてました。
こちら丸抜きと田舎細、田舎太の3種の蕎麦から選ぶことができます。
丸抜きも細い麺ながらも、こしが強くエッジもかなり立っている。
すすりがいのある蕎麦である。
田舎の細いほうも同様の食感だが、殻がそばのレベルをギュッとアップさせている。
あまりに美味くて、納豆蕎麦、温かいかき揚げせいろ、丸抜きのせいろと3枚食してしまった。
蕎麦の殻の形をした備前焼きのお皿、タコ唐草模様有田焼の蕎麦猪口なども素敵だけど、店内に散らばった骨董達も店の雰囲気をよくしている。
