札幌出張三日目。
ランチで、札幌スープカレー専門店エスパーイトウ 八軒総本店さんを訪問して来ました。
場所は八軒駅から徒歩10分程。
エスパーイトウさんは人気のスープカレー店です。
11:35頃に到着。
とても清潔感のある店内。
座席はカウンターとテーブルを合わせて34席。
先客は1組1名のみ。
私は1人でカウンター席へ。
卓上には、フォーク、スプーン、箸、楊枝、紙おしぼり、紙ナプキン、呼び出しボタンが常備されており、
着席後、グラスとお水のピッチャーが出されました。
レギュラーメニューの他、壁にも貼られたマンスリーや期間限定の物も要チェック。
今回は、
・エスパーチキンベジタブル 1,520円
・選べる3種のチキン > パリチキ
・スープ > オリジナル
・辛さ > 10番
・ライスの種類と量 > 北海道産ななつぼし(白米) 大盛り(300g) 70円
・盛り盛りブロッコリー 230円
・ハンバーグ(チーズ無し) 390円
・コカコーラ(ランチタイムサービス)
の、合計2,210円をオーダー。
15分程で料理が到着。
具沢山過ぎてスープがほぼ見えません！
具材の内容は、パリチキ、ハンバーグ、かぼちゃ、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、ヤングコーン、さつまいも、水菜、
きゃべつ、じゃがいも、人参、ナス、ブロッコリー、ピーマン、ゆでたまご。
スープは、鶏・豚・香味野菜を煮込んだサラサラタイプ。
辛さは無料のMAX10番でも余裕。
パリチキやハンバーグなどのメインや各種野菜など、具材がとても美味しいスープカレーでした。
食後には大好きなコーラまで飲んで大満足。
丁寧な接客も素晴らしいエスパーイトウさん。
