北５条手稲通と手稲左股通が交差する角にある中華店。
交差点角にパチンコ甲子園があって、その並び。
３階立の建物１Fが店舗。
暖簾、幟が出ていて、屋号とラーメンの写真入りの看板が掲げられてる。
前々から気になっていて、ようやく訪問できた。
店内は思ったより広め。
エントランス入って左が厨房スペース、その前にカウンター席が配置。
反対に、畳の小上がりで２人掛けテーブルが２つ、奥にも小上がり掘りごたつ式テーブル席。
個人経営の街の中華屋さんって雰囲気。
先客はおらず。
我々の後に、男性ソロ、親子客来店。

ラーメンは、味噌、塩、醤油から選択可能です。
塩にしてみた。
見た目シンプル！！
チャーシュー２枚に、メンマ、刻んだネギ、そして細切りの昆布。
スープはあっさり、コクあり。鶏ガラベースの塩。
麺は中太の縮れ。
カレーは豚肉、玉ねぎ具材のルーカレー。
具がしっかり入っているのがいいね。
ルーもオーソドックスでおいしい！！
保存瓶に入った福神漬けを出してくれた。
＊冷たい塩ラーメン
具材は鶏のささ身とキャベツなど野菜を和えたもの、櫛切りトマトがトッピングされたもの。
麺は中太の縮れタイプ。
スープは塩味なんですが、かなりあっさりしていた。
ちょっと物足りないかもなー。
この場所で４０年、結構長く営業されているよう。
年配のお母さんがホール、厨房に男性スタッフ、親子かな？
