札幌市内で数店舗展開してますが、福島県が本店らしく、元々は【味の民芸】グループのようです。
店内は民芸調ファミレスの典型。
オーダーは、ランチの
●｢チゲちゃんぽんセット(1100円)」
・タレカツ丼(4種から選択可)
・札幌の人気スープカレー店【GARAKU】がコラボしており、一瞬悩むが、、、
約10分強で来器。
同チェーンは手延べうどんが売りのようで、ツルツル乱切りうどんで美味しい。
やや辛で、最後はご飯を投入したくなるタイプ。(そりゃチゲですから、当たり前か？)
野菜等が具沢山でいいですね。
タレカツは、チェーン店レベルで特筆なし。
全体的には、チェーン店だが【手延べうどん】といった、ちゃんとした特徴もあり美味しかったです。
次回機会があれば、うどん単品でもいいかな。。。
寒い日には鍋焼きうどんや味噌煮込みもいいかも。
