友人宅からの帰り道、お腹が空いてついフラフラと入ったのがここ。
あたしも娘も知らなかったけど、旦那さんは前に来たことがあるようで。
昔は時間どきには入れないくらい混んでたもんだよ、と呟いて入店。
カウンターもボックスも半分くらいしか埋まってない。
お昼なんだけどなぁ。
ボックスに案内されて、メニウを確認。
娘はいつものサーモン、まぐろ、とびっこ、甘エビ、ズワイガニを。
あたしと旦那さんは、ズワイガニ、ほたて、ほっけ、さんま、しめさばを。
ここはタッチパネルじゃなく、紙に書いて渡す、昔ながらのスタイル。
なんだか懐かしいなぁ。
しかーし。
サーモン、乾燥してました。
娘はガッカリ。
じゃあ、とろサーモンを頼んでごらん。
あ、きゅうりの一本漬けも食べたいー、とオーダーする娘。
あたし達も食べてみよう。
ほたて、肉厚で甘くて美味しいです。
珍しくて頼んだほっけの握り、思ったより臭みもなく、さっぱりと食べれます。
さんまは時期が早いのか、結構臭みがあり、甘みが足りません。
しめさばは酸味が強く、好きなお味。
ズワイガニはかなり細身で、旨味が感じられない。
旦那さんは更にイカゲソ揚げと、ほっけの握りのおかわりを頼みます。
きゅうりの一本漬け、見た目が凄い。
齧ると、一つは物凄くしょっぱく、一つはかなり薄味。
もう少し、いろんな意味で細部まで確認してくれたら、リピーターも増えるだろうにな、と思います٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
