オムライスマニアのオムライス記録です。
いつもどんなお店でも、基本のトマトソースのオムライスを注文しています。
半熟卵が苦手なので、とろとろタイプへの評価は低いです。

オムライス サラダ付き 980円
13：50 遅いランチのオーダー。でも満席。人気店なんだなあ。
14：18 オムライス来た！
薄くてふんわりとした卵焼きにくるまれて、ケチャップライスは熱々で。
具は、ベーコン・たまねぎ・しいたけ、細かく刻まれている。
炒めたケチャップライスが香ばしい。
割と薄味、かけてあるケチャップでちょうど良い濃さになる。
サラダ別皿、キャベツ千切りにしょうゆドレッシングがかかっている。
ふわふわな薄焼き卵だけど、油少なめな感じ？ 卵焼きなのにあっさりしているというか。
白身と黄身が完全に混ざってるし、もしかすると白身多めなんだろうか？
この不思議な食感はなかなか良い。
食べ終わった感想としては、適量からやや物足りないの間くらい。
喫茶店オムライスによくある、デザートも追加でいける量。
店の雰囲気も、味も、いい。
実は、このお店がオープンしたばかりの頃に来たことがあって、当時に比べて駐車場が整備されていて好印象。
オムライス目当てでもそうでなくても、また来たいと思ったお店でした。
