とある平日、ランチにてタイミング的に全然伺えなかった琴似エリアにあります歴史を感じる食堂にお邪魔させて頂きました。
駐車場は場所柄無さそうなのでコインPを探してお店向かいます。
店内は奥に深いタイプでカウンター3席とテーブル8卓位、ん？おおっ！大量の団体客が来て何処へ行くかと思いきや奥に部屋？、ん？2階も？客席があるみたいで、店内は需要があるからか？ランチタイムも喫煙可です。
BGMはAM？ラジオが流れています。
この日メニューより、先人レビュアー様写真より、餃子の写真が多かったので餃子と・・・ん？、えっ？ランチタイムは13:00まで餃子は無しだそうで残念！、一緒に頼もうと思っていた"チャーハン(750円)”をお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・ホウホウ、良いですね。
程良くしっとりとしたタイプでしょっぱいの苦手なおじさんが食べても丁度良い塩梅がグッド、参加している油分も丁度良かったです。
具材はかまぼこ、玉子、チャーシューとグリンピース入りで紅しょうがと共に。
最後は教科書のような醤油ベースの中華スープ飲み干し終了します
ふと、個人的に駐車場と営業日が合わなくなかなか伺えませんが次こそ餃子食べてみたいです！。
