ワンコインラーメンで人気の同店。
旭川ラーメンです。
平日13:00訪問で先客1組2名。後客3組5名。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席の庶民的な雰囲気。
店内券売機で、
◆｢醤油(550円)」を購入。
・メニューは他に塩のみで、各大盛(900円)にライス(150円)とドリンクのみ。
・大盛900円との価格差がすごいですね。
約5分弱で着丼。
シンプルなビジュアル。
スープは、旭川ラーメンらしく醤油豚骨でテロっと。
豚骨、魚介、鶏ガラのトリプルスープとのことだが、コクはあまり感じられず。
旭川の地元で人気の老舗ラーメン店【味徳】で味わったことある味わい。
小生的にはもう少しコク、旨味が欲しい。
卓上の胡椒で調整。
麺は、やや細の低下水で小麦香ります。
旭川ラーメンの王道【加藤ラーメン】
具は、ももチャーシュー２枚/メンマ/ネギ。シンプル。
全体的には、多分？昔ながらの旭川ラーメン。
このご時世にこの価格(おおよそ税抜きならワンコイン)はすごいですね。無理ない範囲で頑張っていただきたいです。
ただ、小生の再訪は微妙、、。
