This is Little Tooth, also known as the Northern Walkman. Today, as usual, I popped into this Yakiniku restaurant that I frequent. There are quite a few customers. This is cheap, fast, and delicious. Hormones are especially recommended. Today's order was one serving of horumon, one serving of pork sagari, and half ribs. The offal is a signature menu item and is exquisitely seasoned with salt sauce and pepper, and the pork sagari is also richly seasoned to go well with alcohol, and the portions are satisfying and delicious.
