二日酔いにぴったりのラーメン
昨晩は飲み過ぎたせいで汁もの希望状態(-。-;)
あっさりのものをという事で……
「四代目いちまる」さんへ(^-^)/
頼むものは「鯛だしと貝柱だしのあっさり塩」一択
いつもは生姜極み味噌ですが今日は体が欲してない
鯛の風味はあまり感じませんでしたが、貝柱の風味たっぷりのスープが胃に染み渡り……(*^ー^)ノ♪
気づけば汁完(・・;)
ま、幸福感を満喫できたので気にしない気にしない
また次回は極み味噌を堪能したいですね。

ラーメンが食べたくて色々と店を探し回ったらどこも行列が…。お昼のピーク帯なのも悪かった。6軒目のこちらのお店、何とか駐車場も確保、待ちも2組だけだったので、ここに決めました。
注文は生姜の極味噌ラーメン。
メニューに書いてあるマスコミ出演の件、かれこれ10年近く経っている気が…。
10分程で配膳されました。混んでいるからいつもより麺がダマになっていたのは気になりましたが、安定の味わい。徐々に大量の生姜を溶かしながら味変していく感じが好きです。
