クラムカレー、激辛スタミナカレーが絶品
再訪して良かった。美味しすぎた。
他の方のレビューを参考にしつつクラムカレー、改めて注文してみたら大ヒット。
昆布汁とナンプラーと、貝の旨味。合わないわけないな。チキンレッグよりもクラム、絶対オススメ。
旨味もキレイで濃厚、スパイス使いは正直特別な感動はなかったが、ある意味大人の完成度なのかも。
ツレの注文したスタミナカレー。
これまたかなり好み。まずキーマの調理が凄いし、唐辛子の香りも良い。ニンニク、ニンニクの芽、豆腐の相性も◎◎改めて、ベーススープの強い旨味を感じるというか、自分好みのジャンクだった。
最後のふた口くらいしか食べられなかったので、次回は絶対注文したい。
美味しかった。ごちそうさまです。
旨味系スープカレーの名店
琴似駅近くのスープカレー屋さん。雑誌で取り上げられていたので訪問。
いろいろ気になるカレーはあったが、やはり最初はチキン野菜ですね。
チキン野菜辛さ5番を注文。スープは鶏ガラベースに野菜、羅臼産昆布を使用、無化調とのこと。とても美味しいスープ。ナンプラーで旨味足し、焦がしバジル強調。具の調理も良い。美味しい。
塩が結構強いのと、スパイスの個性があまり感じられないところが残念。
美味しかった。ごちそうさまです。
トッピングとマンスリーが気になったが次回。

豆腐トッピング６番。
ラム旨いですね。和出汁にトッピングの豆腐と小口ネギがよく合います。
底が深く、スープが最後まで冷めない工夫もアツアツ好きには堪らないのではないでしょうか。塩辛いイメージが先行してたのだが、今日はとても良い塩梅。野菜も美味しいし。レモンの味変がスープ、具材共にとても合っていた。
旨味系スープカレーとしては上位で好きなお店。
